We welcome you to a quaint and charming home in a country setting. Bring the whole family to this great place that offers a large Game Room, with a desk. It opens to an outdoor Patio. In addition to a very large Family Room, Dining Room, and Breakfast nook, there are 3 bedrooms with 1 and 1/2 baths. A Deck at the end of the house and a back Porch and a grill. A fruit garden including a fig tree, blueberries, oranges, and pears when in season. The space This home is within one mile of Interstate 10 and 15 minutes to I-65. It is centrally located between Historic Mobile and Biloxi, MS. Dauphin Island is a short 25 minute drive. The charming town of Fairhope with its beaches and the Foley OWA Amusement park are also within an hour's distance. It offers the annual Shrimp Festival at Gulf Shores, the Senior Bowl, Bellingrath Gardens, USS Alabama, and is the original home of Mardi Gras. Guest access Entire home Other things to note Our place has 3 bedrooms (2 queen beds & 2 twin beds) 1.5 bath, living room & den plus, a formal dining room and outdoor dining area. **No smoking/vaping allowed inside** You may smoke outside but please use ashtrays for the butts, there will be a $300 smoking fee charged for extra cleaning. **Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding** there will be an extra cleaning fee charged if this rule is broken. Pets must be crated if left unattended, you’ll be responsible & charged accordingly for any damage caused by your pet. Also, please clean up your pet stools from the yard & dispose of properly.
