Beautifully remodeled home in the heart of Ogden on the East Bench. Hidden from any streets & very quiet, less than 2 miles from Historic 25th street (restaurants/bars) & 30 minutes from past Olympic ski resort Snowbasin. 10 min walk to trailheads on the Bonneville shoreline trail for mountain biking/hiking/trail running. 25 min to Pineview reservoir paddleboarding/fishing/boating. This open design is private & cozy for 2 to 4 people with 1 king bed & 1 sofa that turns into a bed (Queen). The space This unit is behind the main house & has its own private entrance (via a door key code given to guest day of check-in). It is very quiet & cozy. Parking is in front of the main house in the driveway (2 vehicles). The unit is an open design studio like with no door to the bedroom. The bedroom has 1 king bed, a closet, washer/dryer, & a TV with Netflix, etc to login to. The kitchen is on the other end of the house fully stocked with everything needed to cook, and has multiple places to sit & eat. Right off from the kitchen is the entryway & small living room area with a sofa sleeper. Guest access Guests can schedule Lyft/Uber's in the area or use the UTA bus system. Other things to note This unit is behind the main house & far from any streets making it very quiet & peaceful to stay in. To get to the rear unit walk along the sidewalk on the South side of the front house (follow the sidewalk solar lights). It is 0.3 miles from the 22nd st Trailhead that leads to Multiple hikes (I.e. Indian Trail, Malan’s Peak, Waterfall Canyon, & Taylor’s canyon, Hidden Valley Trail, all connecting to BST), Mountain biking trails, and trad/sport Rock Climbing. Park is free in the driveway or on the street. Very quiet neighborhood with multiple dog owners meeting at parks everyday @ 5p.m. along Fillmore Ave & 24th St. (4 blocks East of Polk Ave & South), Kaffe Mercantile coffee shop (26th & Harrison Blvd), with multiple access points with parking at trailheads, 22nd st, 27th st, or 29th st. Ogden sits at 4600 ft elevation, and has all 4 seasons. It is fun all year round with 3 ski resorts & multiple reservoirs all within 30-60 minute drive. Lift accessed mountain biking is available in the summer @ Powder Mountain & SnowBasin. The open design means no bedroom door closing off the kitchen, pull out bed area.
