Bright spacious modern 1 bedroom annexe

Situated in Mid Suffolk in the village of Elmswell with easy access to A14 and Haughley Park wedding venue. 15 mins walk to train station on Cambridge to Ipswich line, local shops, pub and takeaways. The Annexe is well placed for exploring Suffolk's market towns, coast and tourist attractions and only 15 minutes drive to the historic town of Bury St Edmunds. We are in a good area for cycling on quiet country roads. There are several big supermarkets within 10-15 minutes drive and a local Co-Op. The space The Annexe is a steel and timber frame new self build at the end of our garden. It is a comfortable home from home and has a sunny aspect which makes the decking area a sun trap for relaxing on loungers or eating outside. We have day and night blinds for screening or shade. There is a sunshade for outside. There are full length bifold doors to open the space to outdoors. In the bathroom we have a rainshower as well as the conventional shower fitment and a low level shower tray. There is a comfort height toilet and a towel warmer. The kitchen consists of low level cabinets, apart from the fridge. We have underfloor heating for a cosy atmosphere in the colder months We have tried to give our guests as much privacy as possible with screening in the garden, but there will be times when we might be visible as we live in the house and collect tools from the shed as we have a part-time gardening business! You are welcome to use our lawn for croquet in the summer months. Guest access Please park on guest parking spot by the hedge on front drive. If you have 2 cars or mobility issues it is possible to drive down to the annexe past the house although it is quite narrow. There is a path around the back of the house beside the hedge accessible from either side of the house. The key is in a key safe by the annexe door. We will let you know the code the day before. We may be around when you arrive, but if not we will come to say hello later. Other things to note No pets. Smoking and vaping outside only please.
