Small quiet house, at the gates of Morbihan, for a relaxing stay with family. This single-storey house heated by a wood stove, is composed of a living room, an equipped kitchen, two separate bedrooms, and bathroom with toilet. You can enjoy the garden on sunny days! Between land and sea, you will enjoy the beaches about ten km away (Pont Mahé, Penestin...), walks in the Brière Regional Park, and nice visits to Guérande and La Roche Bernard. The space The home has two bedrooms. One with two single beds with the possibility of bringing the beds closer together on request. The second with a double bed (140/190). Sheets are provided (suitable for the number of people on the booking). You'll also find sponge, towel, and bath mats. All you have to do is take your towels with you! 👉 Note! In winter, the main heating is the wood stove. Wood is provided. It will bring you a pleasant and comfortable warmth. Electric radiators can take over at night (Use limited to 19 C) For workers staying for several nights: I can turn on the stove at the end of the day! Guest access The house and the deck are for guests only. Garden with children's games, a swing, beach rackets, children's picnic table... Parking is available in front of the rental. Access is via the gate on the right. It is shared. It gives access to the small house as well as to the owner's Kinesiology office. Other things to note JULY/AUGUST: Check-in on Saturday or Sunday! Do not accept reservations for third parties. The person booking must be present.
