Comfortable 3 bed home with separate rumpus room.

3 bedroom holiday house with separate rumpus room in Moonta Bay only minutes walk to the beach. Close to Moonta Bay Jetty and splash town. Only a short drive to Moonta and Port Hughes. The space There are 3 bedrooms, bed 1 and 2 with queen beds and bed 3 with 2 bunk beds. Sleeping 8 total. There is also a portacot in bed 1. Pillows, quilts and quilt covers are provided. You will need to bring towels, sheets and pillowcases. Linen is available to hire. In the lounge room there is a TV and Bluray player with Wifi along with a range of dvds to watch. If you have a Netflix account you can sign in through the Bluray player. In the kitchen you will find an oven, microwave and dishwasher as well as a nespresso pod machine (some pods provided or you can bring your own compatible pods). Filtered water is available through the cold tap on the kitchen sink. The bathroom has a shower and bath with a separate toilet. You will need to bring all toiletries and towels. Separate from the house you will find the rumpus room. This room also has a TV and Bluray with WiFi. In the back yard there is a large outdoor setting with 8 chairs and a bbq under the shelter. There is also a second toilet available in the small shed should you wish to use it. It’s old but functions perfectly. The house is cooled with 2 split system air conditioners. There’s ceiling fans in the lounge and bed 1 as well as tower fans for use throughout the house. There are also portable column heaters located in bed 1. Guest access You’ll have access to the whole house with no shared spaces. The large shed and hall cupboard will be locked with no guest access. Other things to note Linen is not provided but hire can be arranged if needed. Pets considered by application.
