In the backyard you have a barbecue grill and a large bar with stools, so you can enjoy your drinks while preparing your roasts. And if you get hot while using the grill, I've installed an outdoor shower to cool you off before you eat. In the two rooms I have prepared for your rest, you will sleep at the temperature you want to program in the air conditioners and on comfortable mattresses (one double 1.35 wide and two single 1m wide). And for you to enjoy 100 percent, the whole house has air conditioning. And if you want to connect with the world, you have free internet, television and an elegant work desk. Guest access The house is located within a subdivision with 24/7 police controls at the entrance and a second private gate to access what will be your home. Upon arrival, you will be greeted and attended by our friend and co-host Agustín Díaz. He lives in the subdivision and will answer any questions you may have. Whenever possible, we can agree on flexible check-in and check-out times. I also offer free luggage storage service. You can walk quietly through the streets of the subdivision and enjoy its parks with spaces enabled for sports. In front of the house you have the pool, with a children's splash pool, games for the little ones and a large palapa to rest and enjoy a family meal. Other things to note Just a 5-minute drive away, there are large shopping plazas. And an Oxxo 700 meters away. The hotel area is about 30 minutes away, as are Cancun's beautiful beaches. And the airport is about 45 minutes away. If you have a car, you have a parking lot for your exclusive use inside the private area, 30 meters from the house. Within the subdivision, some neighbors offer taxi services; stationery and document printing; meals prepared for home delivery and even a mini-supermarket with endless essential products.
