✅This place is perfect for disconnecting from the hustle and bustle of the city without being far away, just 3 metro stops from Príncipe Pío. The space ✅ The room is very spacious. It has a 135x190 bed and a built-in closet with a loft. It faces one side of the building and gets a lot of light. There is absolutely no noise, only the lawn mower once a week. ✅ It has a shared bathroom. (I do not provide intimate hygiene products.) There are two of us in the apartment. ✅ It has air conditioning in the living room and natural gas throughout the house. ✅ The apartment has a beautiful living room with views of green areas that you can see in the photos, a magnificent TV, a gas stove, an oven, a large refrigerator and freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a clothesline in the window. ✅ There is cable TV and it includes HBO, PRIME VIDEO and NETFLIX. Guest access ✅The living room and kitchen are shared. During your stay ✅I consider myself a very cordial and independent person, giving tenants their space. I will be available for any request or question of vital importance, respecting hours of rest and work; I will do everything in my power to make your stay as satisfying as possible (hoping you understand that it is not a hotel) and learning from your feedback to make your stay a unique moment.
