We are proud to present The Lemon Tree! The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Located on the outskirts of downtown Sioux Falls, we are within walking distance to Falls Park! Big group? No problem - we've got four different bedrooms ready for you! Come enjoy a slice of heaven at the Lemon Tree! LIVING ROOM: The main floor includes both a sitting room (with lots of seating) and a living room with a TV so there is plenty of space to gather with friends and family! There are two full sized couches available, sleeping one person each if needed. The couches are where we get the additional 2 spots to sleep. BEDROOMS: All bedrooms include a queen-sized bed, suitcase rack, clothing storage dresser, hangers, lamps, and USB charge alarm clocks. Three of the bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor and one of the bedrooms is located on the 3rd floor loft. KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is full-stocked and ready for you to have a home-cooked meal! We've got a drip & single-serve coffee maker, a tea kettle, and coffee/tea are provided. The dining table is just off the kitchen and seats 6. There are also 4 bar stools for addtional seating. BATHROOMS: The main floor has a full-sized bathroom with tub/shower. The 2nd floor bathroom includes an AH-MAZING walk-in shower. We provide towels, wash clothes, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. LAUNDRY: A brand new washer & dryer are located in the basement and are available for you to use! We provide laundry pods, an ironing board, and an iron. PARKING: The driveway includes spots for 3 vehicles and there is free street parking available as well. The whole home!
