The space Private room with lock and private bathroom inside the room, located on the ground floor of a house. The historical monuments are in the same neighborhood where the house is located. The room is small and very cozy with modern decor. The room has a window overlooking the street which favors good daylight. It has a 1.35 m double bed, television with the possibility of connecting your Netflix account, Amazon Prime, Disney Channel. It also has air-conditioning and heating equipment. It has a mirror and a luggage rack and can hang clothes. In the bathroom you will have towels, soap and shampoo, hairdryer, mirror and a shelf. Any other additional needs such as special decoration for events, anniversaries, breakfast pack, birthday pack or romantic pack you can request and I will be happy to provide you with the additional price and make sure that everything is to your liking. The house has a magnificent terrace with renovated furniture and awning to enjoy the sun and be able to eat or dine, even work or read in a relaxed way since the atmosphere of my house is very quiet and respectful. You will have a WIFI network throughout the house. You will also have a small office room that, despite not being a kitchen, will make it easier for you during your days in Córdoba to have cold drinks, food well preserved in the refrigerator, heat food in the microwave, toaster, coffee maker and coffee capsules, infusions and kettle. On the same street there are supermarkets, a pharmacy and a medical center. IMPORTANT: -Towels and sheets are provided without replacement. If you need a change of towels or sheets, a supplement of 5 euros will be paid and always requesting a day prior to the host. - Luggage can be stored before check-in and after check-out for an additional fee of €5 per service and in consultation with the host in advance. - Early check-in will be possible as long as the room is available and this can be communicated between guest and host. Additional price €3 - Check-out after the indicated time may be done after communicating with the host at an additional cost depending on the time required. Check with the host for the cost. Guest access Guests can use a small coffee room with different appliances such as a refrigerator, toaster, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. They will also enjoy a beautiful penthouse terrace. All guests staying with their passport or national identity document will need to be identified following the indications of the applicable law in Spain, as well as signing the personal data document for the correct registration of all guests. Guests who are not properly identified and registered by the host may not be accommodated. Pets are not allowed because there is no space properly adapted for them.
