This updated condo has just been recently renovated and has all new furnishings! This 1600+ sq ft unit has 2 spacious bedrooms with king size beds and 2 full baths. With an oversized couch that can conform to additional sleeping space, this unit can sleep up to 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs including dishes and utensils, cookware, blender, coffee pot, and toaster. Additionally, the unit has a full-size range, dishwasher, microwave, and washer/dryer. The space Guests have use of the entire 2 bed 2 bath condo. Guests have access to the Osage Vistas Condominiums property. Additionally, guests have access to the amenities of the Regalia Hotel, including the free Hippopotamus pool with swim up bar and concert venue*, which is located on-site. Other amenities at the Regalia such as the gym, indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and massage chairs require the purchase of a day pass to use. *most concerts are free, however some concerts require purchase of a ticket Other things to note *Free parking directly in front of unit *Condo building is walk-in on second level. The unit is up one flight of stairs on third floor and private. Building is shared. *Keyless entry *Free WiFi/Cable included *No smoking / No pets / No wild parties *No use of fireplace *Check-in: 4 pm *Check-out: 11 am *Pool key (works for all 6 pool gates) will be left with the living room remote controls in the drawer beneath the tv. Please return the pool key where you found it. If pool key is lost, there will be a $50 fee charged.
