Lovely 2 Bedroom+2 Bath Stay in DT SF/South Beach

Located in the heart of SF, our place offers the perfect paradise for all types of travelers. We offer two private rooms +2 Private bathrooms in our home as part of a shared kitchen .dining/living space. Street parking is readily available along w/ overnight parking lots blocks away or temporary parking permit (pls refer below) Many destinations are nearby like Oracle Park, San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, the Moscone Center, Salesforce Park, Westfield Mall/Union Square, and nightlife options The space Both rooms is accessible by a private key code so no need to worry about losing a key. The room 1 has an ultra comfy memory-foam KING bed .room 2 has an ultra comfy memory-foam QUEEN bed and fresh cozy linen for the best sleeping experience at your comfort. With a private luxury bathroom and a 43" HD smart TV with ChromeCast and complimentary access to Amazon Prime Video (other streaming services with your own login), you'll never want to leave your room. A working desk and bright lighting are also provided in the room. Our guest are welcome to use the fully equipped kitchen/living area with up to date appliances at your ease. We offer complimentary coffee and tea because we understand the struggle without. Our places also has a washer and dryer for our guest to use during their stay between the hours of 9AM-9PM! Please note: our living room is normally available for guests to enjoy, but at times it may not be accessible — such as during very busy seasons or when my family and friends come to visit. Thank you so much for your understanding! Please keep in mind that this space is not fully private. You will have two rooms and will have to share the common areas Noise & Quiet Hours: Since Bay Bridge is right across the room 1, you will probably be able to hear some noise from the passing cars. We do provide foam ear plugs and white noise device for our guests just in case you are sensitive to noise. Please also respect the roommates by following the quiet hours rule between 10PM - 9AM Guest access Street parking is not an issue at this location as there are an abundant amount of spaces, which is perfect for loading/unloading, quick errands, and down time. Do take note that the limit is one hour of street parking. Overnight paid parking lots are just a couple blocks away. For our guests’ convenience, we’re happy to assist with obtaining a resident guest temporary parking permit from SFMTA for $20 per day. that will allow you to parking freely on the street without limits .Please pay attention to the street signs. On weekdays, from 4:00 AM to 6:00 AM, one side of the street is scheduled for cleaning, and parking is not allowed during that time. This is also on a first come first serve basis so if you are interested please message me for additional details **Please note that car break-ins are very common all throughout SF. To limit car break-ins please remember to remove all valuables and leave nothing in the car that is visible. We will not be reliable for any damages or anything that happens to your car. During your stay I give my guests space but am available when needed We always want our guests to feel welcomed in our space. We want to respect your privacy and allow you guys to have a space you can make your own to retreat to comfortably after a long day. I will be in and out of the house with flexible hours so you may catch glimpses of me.
