1 bedroom, upstairs in the host's home (if 2 people wish to sleep separately, choose the other listing). Access through the owners' living room, but fully privatized for you upstairs with door. 1 bedroom living room area, TV dining area: table, stools, microwave, dishes, fridge, coffee maker, teapot bathroom, toilet for your personal use, not shared. Upon request the day before: Brunch from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. (€10 adult/€8 child) Evening meal trays (€10 adult/€8 child) The space You will stay upstairs in the home, this accommodation is privatized just for you, closed by a door, however to access it you will have to go through the owners' living room. You will have a bedroom with a double bed for 2 people. If the 2 people do not wish to share the same bed, the other listing (including 2 bedrooms) should be chosen. Please note, it will not be possible to cook, but you have dishes, a fridge, and a microwave. A baby bed (umbrella), as well as a wooden high chair, a baby bath and a potty, will be available if needed. Possibility of a full Brunch package (from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m.), on request the day before at €10/pers (€8 for children up to 10 years old) (coffee, tea are to be prepared independently in the studio). Possibility of a meal tray package for the evening on request the day before at €10/pers (€8 for children up to 10 years old): choice of: steak fries / pizza salad to be paid in cash only, no credit card. Please note that smoking is not allowed in the house, but is allowed in the garden. You will pass through their living room (private), discreetly and taking care to take off your shoes, to reach the entire floor of their home that is reserved for you and privatized, enclosed by a door. During your stay the owners are always on site... you upstairs, we downstairs. I reiterate for those who would like an entire home to be alone, that this home is a guest room... private... in the home... We respect your privacy by reserving the entire floor for you. Please respect ours. The living room, where you enter and exit, is only a place of passage, we count on your discretion. Our living room and kitchen are not a children's playroom, a garden is there for that. We appreciate a little message before booking, to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Giving us your arrival time is a plus, as well as your departure time, always with the aim of better satisfying you and that there is always someone to receive you or answer your questions. Other things to note Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the accommodation, as well as in the garden chalet. There is space in the garden for smokers. you have a garden area at the bottom of our land that is reserved for you. (table, chairs, deckchairs, archery, relaxation area) During the summer months, you also have a solarium area with deckchairs and pool access that is offered to you free of charge during your stay between June and mid-September. The swimming pool can be shared with the owners. Pool towels are available upon request. Children are welcome, games are available, it is essential that parents keep a close eye on their children, I remind you that a child is under the responsibility of their parents, we are not a daycare center. Be careful with the pool, to be used only under parental supervision. We accept no responsibility. PLEASE NOTE: OUR AIRBNB IS UNFORTUNATELY LOCATED IN A NON-TOURIST REGION, IN A VERY SMALL AND QUIET VILLAGE, WITHOUT SHOPS. WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO BE FORGIVING ABOUT THE RATING AT THE END OF YOUR STAY REGARDING THE LOCATION, AS WE CANNOT DO MUCH ABOUT IT. Some travelers, although very satisfied with their stay, give us a rating of 5 everywhere, but a rating of 4 or even 3 for the region without interest, and the village without activities; this is detrimental to us on the Airbnb platform, which unfortunately is managed by algorithms, devoid of humans, and we have seen our superhost status go away permanently because of these ratings indicating that the region is not touristy or pleasant. It is a great pity for the quality of our Airbnb, we rent guest rooms in a place of passage between the north and the south, but we are not responsible for the surroundings devoid of interest.
