Sunset Garden Private Suite with Free Parking

This in-law suite located in the Sunset district. Steps from Ocean Beach, San Francisco Zoo, Golden Gate Park, and more. Easy on-street parking (yes, it's true!) with time-of-day restrictions (Our side of the street has street cleaning on 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month 9am-11am and across the street is on 2nd and 4th Monday of the month 9am-11am.) One-minute access to public transportation. The 29 bus and 48 bus stops are across the street. The space The suite is the size of hotel room with a spacious private garden. Other amenities include: • Kitchenette with under-counter refrigerator, sink, and microwave, as well as an electric kettle, Keurig coffee machine, and all of the basics you need for light cooking. • King-size bed and sofa • Flat Screen TV with Netflix access. • Free wireless high-speed internet access • Garden with gas fire pit and outdoor furniture—perfect for morning coffee or before a day of sightseeing Guest access The suite is on the ground floor attached to the garage, with my apartment above. We share a common gate into the home, but separate entrance to units. You will receive passcode to access the key in the key lock box. Check in any time after 3:00pm. You are more than welcome to drop off your bags earlier in the garage before check-in, just let me know in advance. Other things to note • Farmer’s market with local food stand across street every Sunday. • Super easy on-street parking if you arrived after 3:00pm, even at night and midnight. There is a school across the street. Plenty of parking after school hour. • We live directly above you, and we are usually quiet in the evening, settling down early. However, there can be foot traffic noise at times due to this 1940s classic Sunset District house, which doesn’t have perfect sound insulation. Registration Details STR-0005513
