The space You'll enter the home through the side door (with keypad for convenient self check-in) and go down a flight of 10 stairs. At the bottom are the doors to the laundry room and to your basement apartment. A second keypad lets you into the apartment, where you can relax and make yourself at home. Other things to note The ceiling in your unit is double-insulated, but you may still hear other guests in the upstairs unit walking around and living their lives sometimes. We require all guests to be respectful of quiet hours. The ceilings are 7'5" throughout most of the apartment and 6'6" in one small hallway section and the small area over the desk.
