Beautiful property by the river and lake in Alseda

Beautiful house 🏡 by the river Emån, Alseda 🌅Experience this incredible area of lakes, forests and wildlife. The river passes right by the house and the lake with a small beach is only a few minutes by foot where you can swim 🏊‍♀️ You have the entire house and separate guesthouse to yourself and a huge garden (3500 m2) to enjoy with your family. The main house is a fully equipped home and in the guesthouse you also have a sauna and gym.The shower and bathroom is in the main house The space 🏡 Our beautiful Swedish red house with white corners has been renovated with a lot of love by Jonas 🥰 and it shows. The house has a very big garden both in the front and in the back towards the river. Here you can relax in a hammock while the kids play. 🖼️ The main house has two bedrooms for 4 people, a big kitchen with everything you need, a comfortable living room and of course a shower and bathroom. The guest house (50m from the house) is perfect for some private "me time" 🌻 Here is a big panorama window where you can watch the river float by while you drink your tea. 🍵 It has a big sofa, a double bed, and beautiful Swedish oak floors. The sun rises over the river and can be seen through the beautiful panorama windows. 🌅 You bring your own sheets/bedding/towels and we provide comfortable beds, pillows and blankets. 2026 update - there are some nice changes being made to the kitchen and general decor, so it will look slightly different than the photos. Still the same warm house and welcome atmosphere. Guest access You have full access to the main house and to the guesthouse with its big panorama window facing the sunrise and the river. The garden is 3500 squaremeters for you to enjoy in private. 🌿 I.e full access to everything. 😊 Other things to note 🌿 If you are up for some adventures or want to know more of the area Jonas is happy to be your guide 😊 We can provide different small tours like a visit to caves/mines, a kayak tour on the river with food cooked over open fire 🔥 , forest hikes to a hidden ravine 🌲 and mushroom picking when it is season.
