Modern cabin by the water

Newly built beautifully situated cottage in fantastic environment, quiet right next to a rapids in the Arjeplogsströmmarna. Fantastic fishing. Jetty and barbecue area. Completely secluded location. It has also proved to be a good place to see the Northern Lights because there are no street lights that shine and disturb the observations during the dark time of the year. However, there are no guarantees that you will see it unless the conditions are right. The space The cottage is 35 sqm with one bedroom and consists of a living room with kitchen and a sleeping loft. There are two patios. The cottage has a newly built outdoor toilet. Electricity is obtained through solar panels and an easy-start power plant. Heating via wood-burning stove and diesel stove. The fridge, stove and oven are gas-powered. Microwave, kettle, toaster and vacuum cleaner are available. There is no running water, but the water outside in the rapids is clean and suitable for drinking, washing dishes and cooking. Guest access The cottage is located about a kilometer from the parking lot in Bjäckas and is accessed via an easily accessible path. Several backwaters are in the area, which is a popular fishing spot. Transport by four-wheeler can be arranged by appointment. Other things to note It is excellent to swim from the jetty. There are currently no shower facilities at the cabin. In Arjeplog, there is a sports hall where you can swim, shower and use the sauna. Opening hours Mon-Fri 4 pm - 9 pm, Sat 9 am - 4 pm. The place is suitable for fly fishing, canoeing and bird watching. Other things to note We have a boat and two double kayaks for rental, just let us know!
