Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. The space Located at the center of Southwoods City in Biñan Laguna. The property is within walking distance from Southwoods Mall, Sto. Nino Church, San Augustine College, gasoline Stations, drug stores, restaurants, etc The parking area (pay parking) is across from the condo wherein the Bus Terminal is also located. Splash Island is near the property. The unit can occupy a maximum of 3 guests. We have queen bed in the unit and an extra mattress upon request for the 3rd guest with a corresponding charge. Guest access Use of swimming pool is subject to availability (following the guidelines of Holland Park). During your stay you may check with the cluster 1 receptionist the requirements, fees and other inquiries about the use swimming pool. For additional questions, please feel free to send the host a message. 7-11, laundry shop, and water station store are located on the condo ground floor /commercial area. Other things to note 1. Php 2,000 Deposit upon check-in (Cash payment – The deposit is for security purposes and will be refunded upon check out, provided no deductions are made to: a. damage caused to the property or furnishings b. dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning; or c. any other cost incurred by Homeowner due to Guest’s stay 2.
