Recently built and in a peaceful environment, you will benefit from two private parking spaces and access to the communal swimming pool of the residence (open from June to September). You will also be able to enjoy the fitted balcony to share good meals with family or friends. Composition of the Accommodation Apartment located on the first floor of a building without a lift, consisting of: Fitted Kitchen: Oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, kettle, filter coffee machine, citrus juicer, toaster, dishwasher...
