The Cottage at Sanctuaire Atelier is a romantic European-style retreat nestled on 12 peaceful acres. Cozy up by the fireplace or firepit, stargaze under dark skies, read in patio rocking chairs, work with high-speed Wi-Fi, or wander quiet forest trails. Filled with antique boho charm and total privacy, yet just minutes from charming towns, dining, parks, and local adventures. Perfect for romantic escapes, workcations, and creative retreats. The space The cottage was built 20 years ago, but remodeled in 2021. With antique windows, stone walls, vaulted ceilings, concrete floors, and beautiful furnishings - the atmosphere allows you to immediately feel relaxed. The decor style is European cottage meets modern amenities with a tiny home experience . (800 sq feet) With nature surrounding you - the front porch or patio are perfect places to enjoy coffee or hot tea in the morning, read in the afternoon, or sit by the fire pit under the stars at night. The oversized Television / Apple TV with surround system and streaming also allow for a Movie night cozied up by the fire. The WIFI system will keep you in touch with the office if working away from home. A new queen mattress with Tempurpedic pillows is like sleeping on a cloud. Lots of cozy blankets and black out curtains make it a perfect place to sleep in late! Our pull out Queen Size Sofa Bed is super comfortable too and in the main den so you can watch TV by the fire. Looking to do an event, photoshoot, dinner, or wedding - please inquire about pricing. We also own another indoor / outdoor venue that is a wedding / party venue that accommodates up to 70 guests and can sleep up to 5. It's titled on Airbnb - Chic, Industrial Glamping Surrounded by Nature. Inquire about : Private chef services, charcuterie boards, groceries waiting upon arrival, wine / chocolate / candle packages, champagne & flowers, picnics on the property, on site Massage, or Yoga Classes. Guest access The cottage will be completely private to the guests. Located on 12 acres, you will be privately secluded on the first 4 acres of the property. Enjoy the other 8 acres with the homeowners permission. Other things to note We welcome any special requests and would love to help create a unique experience while staying at our cottage! Packages are available that include meals, photography packages, charcuterie boards, or special picnics on the property. *For more than 2 guests - please note our bathroom entry is part of the bedroom. For guests sleeping on our pull out sofa - you will have to walk through bedroom to get to bathroom. The bathroom does have a door. (We like our guests to not have any surprises with our floor plan.)
