Cafe's, restaurants, lunch spots, 3 groceries, different markets for meat, fish, cheese, fruit and veggies. Velib/Bike stations in 4 directions. I rent the whole place when I'm away. My airbnb is registered with the Mairie de Paris, #7511102202474 The space I found this apartment to be cozy, close to everything, not too noisy, ( just the motorcycles but the bedroom is quiet) convenient to the metro and buses, a quick ride to all the tourist destinations and in a very French neighborhood. My apartment is COMPLETELY re-modeled, windows, floors, ceiling, kitchen bathroom. When I bought this it had a closed-in kitchen, a toilet, linoleum floors and the walls covered the original stone. There was no shower or sink. My favorite parts are the bright big windows and because the buildings around me are low, I get the sun and a great view of the sky. The shades keep it dark and cool. The windows blocks out the noise completely and the bedroom is silent. Guest access I leave you the whole apartment with space for your things. Other things to note Remember even though there is no A/C I have a great cross breeze and a fan. When you close the shades it stays very cool. The bedroom is quiet when the living room windows are closed and the bathroom window can be left open since there is no street behind me. In the winter I have floor heat, I have space heating and a towel heater. No matter what, it’s cozy inside. Bring slippers or socks. I have a no shoes policy. Paris streets are very dirty.
