Relaxing beach house on the gulf of Ierissos

Our pleasant and modern beach house has a gazebo in the front yard and private parking. It is located in the Nautilos housing complex that stretches along the scenic Gavriadia beach with a view to the gulf of Ierissos and the Mountain Athos. It is ideal for those interested in a quiet and relaxing stay with sea view and swimming in less than a 1 minute walk to an almost private beach. The house is at distance just 4.5 km from the village of Ierissos which has supermarkets, taverns, bars etc. The space Our house with an area of ​​74 sqm is a pleasant, cool and bright two-storey maisonette 30 meters from the beach. On the top level, which is the entrance level, there is a common space with a cozy living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, the dining room and a small WC. The two balconies have a view to the sea and to the garden. On the cool ground floor, which is one meter below the courtyard, there are two bedrooms, a second WC and a shower. A smaller room next to the bedroom is used for clothing storage and additional room clothing, washing machine, etc. The first bedroom has a large double bed, desk, terrace with exit to the backyard and a window overlooking the front yard. The second bedroom has twin beds, a closet and a desk and overlooks the backyard. In addition to the balconies and the terrace, the house has a gazebo of 20 sqm so that all hours of the day the guests can sit in a shady semi-outdoor area. Guest access Access to Nautilus complex is easy by car from the national road Thessaloniki-Ierissos. Nautilus is fenced and entry is allowed only for residents and is done using a remote control. Our plot is directly accessible by car and provides two parking slots for our guests. The house is at a 30m distance from the Gabriadia beach. Other activities -You can swim in one of the many other nearby beaches such as Kakoudia beach with its rock formations, located next to Gavriadia beach. -Do not forget to take part in a cruise from Ouranoupoli for the tour of Mount Athos to see the Byzantine monasteries, monuments of UNESCO world heritage.
