Recently remodeled small rustic 1940s summer cabin in the heart of Nisswa. If you’re into kayaking, swimming, biking, relaxing, or just looking for a great place to spend some time in the beautiful Nisswa area, this is a unique place that you must check out. Only a few minutes from downtown Nisswa and to the Paul Bunyan Trail. Nisswa shopping, Turtle races, the legendary Pickle Factory Bar, fantastic golf courses, great fishing, and many restaurants and breweries all just minutes away. Great cabin for Spring, Summer, or Fall. Guests come up for the local 5&10k half&full marathon races, biking around all the many lakes or on the Paul Bunyan Trail, to kayak/canoe/paddle board Clark Lake. Great level lot for all your favorite yard games. West facing to catch sunsets while tending to your bonfire. Great swimming in front of cabin and also at the sandbar at the end of Pine Point. Equipped with outdoor cooking gear and barbecue, you can stay in and cook or check out one of the many restaurants and breweries in the area. Guests have access to the entire cabin. The canoe and two kayaks are available to guests. We have life jackets and paddles. I usually will not be there to meet you for the check in and check out, let yourself in with a keypad code. I will be available anytime for any questions by phone/text. This cabin is at the end of a dirt road so it’s nice and quiet. No traffic. The neighbors are respectful and friendly, please reciprocate. Its extremely important to me that my guests respect the neighbors and to blend into the mostly quiet surroundings. Thank you for cooperating and enjoy. Plenty of parking for cars. Bring your bikes too! The Paul Bunyan Trail is on the south end of the lake and can be taking into Nisswa or in the other direction for a nice long ride. This place is perfect for those who want to stay at a fun rustic cabin to take advantage of the area and the beautiful setting with a level, private lot and great sunsets. I would not recommend this place for people who may prefer a more modern accommodation. Nature will be present, chipmunks, rabbits, spiders, bugs, eagles, loons, etc. If you want a cabin and yard that has been sprayed with insecticide and other harmful toxic chemicals, then this is not the place to stay.
