Relax in this spacious home located in a safe, gated community after a long day in Disney and nearby theme parks. Perfect space for families with fun for kids and adults alike! You can soak up nice weather by the pool (you may even spot some hawks and lizards), play in the game room with a pool table, or catch up on shows on our SmartTV. You'll also be a quick 5 - 10 minute drive from restaurants, Publix, Wal-Mart, CVS, Twistee Treat, and gas stations. The space This 4BR/3BA bright, residential home has room to sleep 8 -- perfect for a joint family trip! The home is in a gated community, which is very safe and quiet. The community also offers a tennis court and playground, which are conveniently located ~500 feet from our home. The home is family-friendly and exceptionally comfortable, with a luxurious King size bed in the Primary Suite, a Queen size bed in the lower bedroom, and two kids rooms, each with two Twin size beds. All bedrooms, except for one of the kids' rooms, have smart TVs. There is plenty of room to lounge, with two indoor living rooms (one with a 43" Smart TV), a game room (complete with a pool table and darts), and of course, the backyard pool and patio. We also have a Ring security system monitoring the front door for additional safety. Our pool typically stays warm enough to enjoy on hot days, but please note we DO NOT heat the pool or spa water. This means that both the pool and spa temperature will fluctuate depending on the air temperature and sun conditions. Water temperatures can dip into the 60s during cooler months, which may not be comfortable for extended periods of use. There are a plethora of amazing restaurants and bars within a < 10min drive, and we also have a fully-loaded kitchen with utensils and dining ware to make a feast at home. We offer our guests tennis rackets and balls, beach towels, complimentary in-unit washer-dryer use, iron + ironing board, complimentary K-cups and tea (we recommend sipping your hot cup of morning caffeine on the outdoor patio by the pool -- ultimate relaxation!), a dishwasher, hair dryers, a crib, and basic toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap). The home is conveniently located, only 25 minutes from the Walt Disney parking lot, 35 minutes from Seaworld, and 40 minutes from Universal Studios parking. If you're looking for a day trip away from the theme parks, Tampa Bay, Daytona Beach, and Kennedy Space Center are all about a 1 - 1.5 hour drive away. Guest access Entire house + pool area Other things to note We want you and your family to be able to enjoy your stay to the fullest, but please note that we do not allow: - Pets - Parties are strictly prohibited, and any parties or gatherings including anyone beyond listed guests will result in immediate cancelation with no refund. - Smoking (outdoor smoking is allowed, but there will be a fine of $250 if you smoke inside the house) - Any guests beyond the number listed in your reservation will be charged a penalty of $50/person per night. - No more than 8 guests may stay overnight. - The climate control can't be set lower than 72 degrees in order to maintain the longevity of the unit. Breaking these rules will mean you will be asked to leave immediately. NOTE: This is a vacation home. We offer some complimentary supplies, but they may not be sufficient for guests staying longer than a couple of days. We will leave out: 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels in the kitchen, 2 garbage bags, and 1 dish sponge. We have salt and pepper, but we don't leave any other kind of seasoning or food to avoid contamination. We leave full dispensers of soap, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap, which should be enough to last for long stays.
