Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. The studio flat with fantastic views over Cefn Bryn in a rural location. Upstairs the Lounge/bedroom gets both sun rise and sunset. Well equipped Let with a walk in shower. Downstairs is a fully fitted kitchen. A short drive will take you to all of the Gowers fabulous beaches and the salt marshes where the ponies roam free. My property is on the Gower Way - great for walkers/cyclist too. There are sometimes free roaming sheep and cows nearby. The space Lounge/bedroom, fully fitted shower/bathroom, fitted kitchen Guest access Best by car or bicycle, there are walking / rambling routes Other things to note dogs welcome £25 per dog per stay, maximum of 2 well behaved dogs, we have horses and sheep close by. owner also has 2 small dogs living in main house. stairs gates are fitted to keep wet dogs downstairs until dried with the stairs gates installed
