It has 6700m² and is 2 hours from RJ, in a region with trails, waterfalls and restaurants. There are 3 houses, totaling 10 rooms, all with air conditioning, full kitchen, cable TV, Wi-Fi and parking. Outdoor area with swimming pools, barbecue grills, soccer/volleyball field, Foosball, dry and steam sauna, game room, playground. Coated in Brennand ceramic, 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 1 suite (all with access to the garden), 1 social bathroom, living room with 2 air conditioners and 60" Smart TV with Sky (allows you to connect apps such as Netflix, YouTube and others), full kitchen with pantry, balcony with table, chairs and hammocks. The beds are Queen size, and can become single beds if separated – American mattresses. Accommodates 7 people. ♦ House II – 2 floors, 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, 1 suite with king-size bed, 4 extra single mattresses, 1 social bathroom, air-conditioned living room and 50" Smart TV with Sky, living room with sofas, air-conditioning and fireplace, full kitchen, balcony with table, chairs, hammock and ceiling fan. The other beds are queen size, and can become single beds if separated – American mattresses. Accommodates up to 12 people. ♦ House III - 2 floors, 3 bedrooms with air conditioning and ceiling fan, 1 suite on the second floor, with a queen-size bed, balcony, pool view and living room with sofa; 2 bedrooms downstairs, 1 with 2 twin beds and another with a queen-size bed; 1 social bathroom, living room with air conditioning and 40" Smart TV with Sky, full kitchen (microwave is missing), 1 balcony with table, chairs, benches and hammock. Queen beds can become single beds if separated – American mattresses. Accommodates 8 people. The kitchens are equipped with all the utensils and appliances necessary for meals, including microwave, blender, sandwich maker, refrigerator/freezer, stove, etc., all in perfect order, designed for a quiet and pleasant stay. Everything you find in the cabinets can and will be available for use. Fully grassed outdoor area, with night lighting and leisure options: • 1 social pool with 90,000 liters with tables, chairs, sun loungers; • 1 swimming pool with an official 25-meter lane; • 1 4,000-liter Round Island Spa pool; • 1 round pool with submerged benches of 17,000 liters; • 1 barbecue with refrigerator, freezer, support sink and table with benches for 20 people; • 1 barbecue with freezer, support sink, 2 tables with benches for 12 people and wood oven; • fully grassed soccer/volleyball field (we provide volleyball net and goal - request at check-in); • dry and steam sauna with living room, minibar, 4 showers and 1 toilet; • game room equipped with pool table, ping-pong, card tables and button table; • children's playground; • 5 adult bicycles (with and without gears). Guest access The place is in Fazenda da Grama, district of Rio Claro - RJ, 135 km from Rio de Janeiro (approximately 2 hours). Located 800m from the Açude on a paved, enlightened street. Parking inside the property for 12 cars. Other things to note • The caretaker will be available during the stay for any needs of the guests (from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.) and 24 hours for any emergency. • We can appoint an exclusive person for support and cooking. (amount not included in the daily rate). • Accommodation rates may vary on special dates with events and holidays. Special requests are considered. • Laundry with a sink and washing machine for stays longer than 7 days. • We provide bedding (sheets, pillowcase, pillow and blanket); • We do not have bath linens (towels); • We do not provide toiletries (soap, toothpaste, among others); • In the summer months, when it rains a lot, there is a possibility of power outages. Although it is not common, if it happens, we will open a call with Light, but we are not responsible for power outages due to the concessionaire. All the houses have emergency lights. • For hygiene reasons, I kindly ask you not to leave the dishes dirty and leave your garbage bagged, so that it can be collected by the caretaker, before checking out. • ATM available in Arrozal (6 km): ITAÚ (only!); Other banks, only in Rio Claro (12 km), Volta Redonda (28 km) or Piraí (27 km); • There are no gas stations at Fazenda da Grama. Coming from Rio de Janeiro, the last gas station is at km 237 (Posto Nacional - Ipiranga). Coming from SP, the last gas station is near km 252 (Posto 4 Irmãos - Shell). Both have a convenience store.
