Hartley Bay Cottages: The Aspen Make new memories in this licensed spacious 3 bedroom 1 bath waterfront cottage. Get away from it all, eat on the wrap-around deck, fish right off your personal dock or boating on the lake or right next door on the French River! The space Large, open concept living, dining space with vaulted ceilings and a chef's kitchen with wall ovens and a gas cooktop. Beautiful fireplace, accompanied by 3 spacious bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Part of a 3 cottage complex , each one with its own private wrap around deck, dock , hot tub and firepit. Rent one, or bring the extended family and friends to enjoy the whole space! There is a shared dry sauna available on the property. The canoes/kayaks are available for your use as well. Quiet time starts at 11pm in consideration for your neighbours and the other property owners close by. Other things to note Water source is the lake and there will be a brand new ultraviolet water purification system put in place in May 2022. Water will be potable, but you are welcome to bring your own drinking water. Bait shops, Grocery and LCBO are a short drive away.
