Room with its own entrance in an artistic apartment
Description
Hi! I'm Mariana, a visual and textile artist! I live in this apartment with my daughter Violeta and her cat Pintita. Located in the historic center of the city of Cordoba, in a building declared a cultural heritage site. This space was my grandmother's home for a long time, and now we've lovingly remodeled it to make it an oasis in the heart of the city. A warm, comfortable, and quiet space where art, reading, and colors converge, with huge windows that make us part of the city. The space The apartment is an entire floor, which has several common spaces, all very spacious and large. The main entrance leads us to the living room; a space with touches of vibrant color: blue, yellow, turquoise, fuchsia, spacious and warm, surrounded by a large window that overlooks the dome of one of the city's historic churches, and houseplants, which create a natural atmosphere. This connects with a continuous work/workshop space that has a table, which can be arranged as a space to work, or have lunch/dinner. Both places are bathed in incredible light, thanks to the large windows that surround them. Both spaces connect to the library (one of my favorite places in the house), as I love books and reading. There is a reading space, with books available for guests to use there. All these spaces overlook a rest area, with greenery that welcomes us to the daily dining area, kitchen and patio. The large kitchen, yellow and light blue, embraces us with its warmth. From the daily dining room, where a wooden table, painted with traces of artists who passed through there, invites us to eat, we can go out to the patio. The patio, the apartment's oasis, is bright and connects us with the sky and the air of Cordoba. This sector of the apartment is separated from the bedroom wing by a hallway. The hallway takes us first to the left, to the guest room. The largest room on the floor, which is the same size as the living room. This beautiful space, the brightest in the house, has a private entrance. From the apartment's landing, you can enter the room directly, without entering the rest of the apartment. It has 2 beds (which can be put together if guests wish), bed linens, a large wardrobe with drawers and separation, a library, a mirror, a work table, and chairs. The room has a private balcony. The light and view of this bedroom are unique, and also overlook one of the iconic corners of the city of Cordoba. The guest bathroom is for private use, and is one meter away from the room. Guests have a large and small towel, bathtub, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and bathroom amenities. Next and at the end of the hallway, on the right, is my room, and on the left, Violeta's room. My workshop, my creative space, also works on the floor, which is not open as a common space, but if any guest is interested in visiting, I will open the doors without any problem. Guest access The spaces I detailed above! During your stay Hello! Sometimes it's me, Mariana, and sometimes I won't be there because of trips. In that case, the house is available to the person who rents it, and I have a person who works with me, so that he is available for anything that is needed! But when I'm there, I love spending time with the guests!
