Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home in the middle of the Swedish forest, located close to both, lake with sandy beach and Örkelljunga town with lots of shopping, restaurants, shops, etc. The space The home has been updated with a newer well-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. There are 2 bathrooms, one of which is newer from 2021 with shower and bathtub. There is a regular sauna with the possibility to also use it as an infrared sauna and smart TV, well-functioning WiFi as well as a heat pump/air conditioning. Guest access The 135 m2 house is located on a 10,000 m2 private natural plot, with trees, lawn, football goal, playground, garden furniture, awning and parasol, large Weber grill and fireplace. Please note that there is a wood-fired hot tub/wilderness bath for 10 people and not a hot tub. Other things to note Cleaning cannot be ordered. The home must be cleaned after use and left as you would like to receive it. In case of lack of cleaning, a fee of not less than €250 will be charged. The house is located on a natural plot. If the grass needs to be cut, there is an electric and gasoline lawn mower in the shed at the back. If you mow the lawn, you don't have to leave the house until 3 pm on the day of departure. If you want to use this, please let us know. The rent is without utilities. Currently, it costs 5 DKK per kw and 150 DKK per basket of firewood. This is subject to change due to large fluctuations in prices. The current price is stated in the information letter, which is sent about 10 days before the rent. Water is free. Please note that it is allowed to include 2 small or 1 large dog free of charge.
