CongoTempisque Shared house 20 minutes from the beach

Congo Tempisque is a family complex designed to offer you comfort and well-being during your stay in Guanacaste. It is located in the village of Guardia de Liberia, 10 minutes (by car) from Daniel Oduber International Airport, 20 minutes from downtown Liberia and 15-20 minutes from many beaches on the northern Pacific coast. The space The main house consists of 3 bedrooms for two people each, a full bathroom (without shower), an internal garden, living room, and an external kitchen with all the facilities to prepare your food. We can add armchairs-bed to make the rooms for 3 people. And also in the living room we have other sofa beds, in case of large groups. It is a family property, where you will find different spaces to enjoy the experience, meet local people and feel at home. On one side of the main house you will find the covered parking lot, on the other side you will find the kitchen and "the ranchito" with the table and all the kitchen utensils. On the neighboring property is "La casa de los abuelos" where you can meet Doña Zoila and Don Lico who are natives of this area, you can learn a lot about the traditions and stories of the town and the province. They have 2 dogs, Frida and Luna, which they share around the property. If any of the guests have animal allergies, or do not want pets near the accommodation, you must let us know in advance so that we can keep them away. If you come with pets too, let us know to make sure they get along with each other or keep them away. You will also find a shared space to sit and relax in front of the property where there is a table, reclining chairs and hammocks. Behind the house we have the laundry area with a clothesline in case you need to dry your clothes or wash. In addition, the land has other accommodation spaces in which there could be other tenants living together. Guest access You can access the rooms according to the number of people who book, the bathroom, living room and kitchen that are shared spaces, as well as the outdoor living rooms, we also have ample space for parking areas.
