The house has four bedrooms located on the first floor: The master bedroom has a very comfortable 160x200 double bed, its own bathroom in Moroccan zellige, with a double bath and a toilet. The room also has a TV with satellite TNT. The second bedroom has two 80x200 mattresses . The two mattresses cannot be separated. The bedroom has its own bathroom and a TV. The children's bedroom has two trundle beds 90x180. The beds can unfold to create a dormitory space with 4 90x180 beds. The room is full of comics and children's books. A fourth bedroom has two single beds 80x190. The beds can be separated or joined together. The first floor also has a large bathroom, separate toilets and an office space. Two large living space allow you to spend time together on the ground floor. A 66m² living room with a large conversation pit facing a functional fireplace.
