Located just outside Wenhaston on a quiet country lane, the Cottage is tucked away off-road. It’s secluded and tranquil with aspects towards the trees of the garden and the neighbouring paddocks. The bird feeder by the patio attracts garden birds plus occasional visitors which may include woodpeckers, pheasants, hawks, warblers and rabbits. Nightingales and owls can sometimes be heard. Although peaceful, we’re within easy reach of the coast. The space The Cottage is a modern and comfortable space for two. The main room is a large, central, combined living room/bedroom with doors to modern kitchen, large shower room and sunroom which opens onto a secluded patio. The main room has two large skylights with blackout blinds in the vaulted ceiling. Hot water and heating are provided via air source heat pump. Guest access The cottage is set in the grounds of The Garden House. Feel free to enjoy the garden, but the main house and outbuildings and green houses are off limits. Bicycles may be left in the carport. Other things to note The Cottage is tiled throughout, bringing indoors shoes would be handy. There is an outdoor mains socket you can use to charge your EV if you bring a cable.
