In ground swimming pool opened April 2019. Hot tub too!!! Owner does not use the Hot Tub when guest are on premises. Sleeps six with one King and Queen size Sleep Number beds and a fold out couch. Ask Host if you want to bring your pets. House amenities for reserved guests. No parties w/out owner permission. The space Centrally located and in a very nice historical neighborhood close to the down town entertainment and dining district. Less than a mile from all major local Universities. Great three layer deck, fenced in back yard. Memory foam Sleep Number beds, fold out couch, hot tub and in ground pool. Within close walking distance, you have several food and nice adult beverage options at the corner of Cherry and Pickwick Streets! No parties without the owner's special permission. If you wish to bring pets, discuss first with owner. Guest access Guests have private access to the ground floor. The back yard has four multi-level decks. The back and front yards are common areas. The hot tub is located on the top deck close to guest’s Backdoor. Wood privacy fence in back yard. Owner has independent access to his basement quarters. Other things to note The owner is an excellent cook. If you want meals cook, that can be negotiated. Any questions you have, the owner is willing to field those while you are in town. Check In time should before 8pm unless special arrangements, in advance, are made. No hidden Service or cleaning fees. I do charge $25 per pet per night. Pet fee Negotiable for stays over two nights.
