Shepherds hut with valley views

A gem of a find in a quiet, tucked-away part of Cornwall, yet close to the surfing beaches of the north coast. It's a cosy farmstay retreat for those with a love and appreciation of the outdoors. Amazing views across a valley, and on a clear night, it's perfect for stargazing. It is situated at Demelza Cottage, in the hamlet of Demelza, a cluster of about 8 houses. The famous Poldark character was named after this hamlet. Use of Lay-Z-Spa (May to Sept only). Please bring an extra towel. The space The hut is self-contained and includes a small bathroom and kitchen facilities. There is under-floor heating, kitchenette, bathroom, cooking facilities, fridge and the outdoor area is ideal for watching the sunset with a G&T. It is situated in the large grounds of Demelza Cottage. Dogs and a cat live on site, and will come for the occasional visit. Eggs from the resident ducks and chickens are available to purchase for breakfast, subject to availability. Guest access A car is essential. Parking is available on site, but please let me know if more than one car parking space will be required. Car hire available from Newquay Airport. Other things to note Check out instructions: please leave the hut neat and tidy, all lights off. The key can be left in the lockbox. Recycling and rubbish bins can be found near the parking and are clearly marked. Nearest fast electric vehicle charging: Victoria/Cornwall Services: 1.5 miles Tesla charging, Fraddon Services: 4 miles
