The home is located in the peaceful Alizéa Residence. It consists of 4 BDR. You can book 3 bedrooms and the last (1) bedroom will be locked, as you book the entire house. You will not share the house with other guests. * Ideal for 4–6 guests * Shared residence pool * Close to Hope Estate, Grand Case, shops, supermarkets, and restaurants * Free parking * Less than a 15 mins walk to Orient Bay Beach The space The house is semi detached. * Modern design * Open concept living room and kitchen * 3 bedrooms ( 2 king bed and 1 Queen) * 2.5 Bathroom, the half is the laundry room. The washing machine is a combination of washer & dryer. * 65 and 58 inch TV with Netflix (in main bedroom and living room) We have beach towels available for purchase at €18 per towel, size 109* 180. PARKING: There is no assigned parking in the residence. WATER SUPPLY & ELECTRICITY: Occasional water or electricity interruptions can occur on the island and are not specific to our property. These may happen due to maintenance by the local utility providers, a broken main line, necessary repairs, or other issues affecting the surrounding area. For added convenience, our house is equipped with a private cistern that provides backup water in the event of a temporary water interruption. Water interruptions are generally more common during the busy high season (December through April), when demand is higher, and less frequent during the low season (May through November), except in cases of unexpected maintenance or pipeline repairs. As utility interruptions are outside of our control and are not related to the property itself, refunds or discounts are not provided for temporary water or electricity outages. House view The view from the house you will be able to enjoy Orient Bay beach and the hills of St Barthelemy however on the side view, occasionally we have a semi dry Pond (copper color) as it hardly rains. Guest access You will occupy entire house, have access to the residence swimming pool on the upper deck from the house and free parking ( there is no assigned parking) Other things to note The house is temporarily not suitable for kids 6 months to 3 years old.
