Relax at this safe, mature, peaceful place to stay. Enjoy your stay with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, HBO Max etc. The space It's a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house. ** Kitchen has a drinking water faucet. Feel free to get purified water from there. ** Community swimming pool & jacuzzi in a walking distance. Access given only to residents with FOB card. You can use the card. Guest access Located at cul de sac. Can park on the driveway or anywhere in front of the house. There are Pickle ball courts, Tennis Courts, Two community swimming pools & jacuzzi in a walking distance. Use FOB card to access those. Other things to note Walkable to the grocery stores and restaurants through the gate in front. * Please be considerate and respectful of the other guests/roommates in the house. * Please keep the toilet clean as it's shared * Please clean up kitchen and dinning area after use.
