The space Our 100-year-old historic home has been thoughtfully modernized, blending classic character with mid-century modern design and curated artwork displayed throughout. The house features a sunny living room with a fireplace, large Android TV, and stereo system shared with the dining room, creating a warm and inviting space to relax or entertain. The well-equipped gourmet kitchen opens to a spacious dining room ideal for hosting meals. The primary bedroom includes a queen-size bed, a Peloton bike, and French doors opening directly onto the private garden. The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed and a desk. A third room is set up as a dedicated office space with an ergonomic chair, standing desk, and a queen-size pull-out sofa if additional sleeping space is needed. Downstairs, a studio can be used as an art space or an additional office. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a printer, and a laundry room with washer and dryer. Outside, the large, sunny backyard offers a peaceful garden oasis with several patios and a hammock—perfect for relaxing.
