Dressing area for clothing storage, mirror, and private bathroom with walk in shower - basic toiletries provided including hair dryer. All beach gear - chairs, umbrella, towels, and even beach bikes. Pets are welcome - details and requirements noted in listing. Guest access If you would like, in addition to your private patio and suite, there is the option for using fenced yard for pets or to enjoy gas fire pit, outdoor dining space, hammock, and even an outdoor shower. Full size laundry available for use by request as needed. Additional option of using nearby swimming pool for an additional fee - details provided upon request. Other things to note This property is set within a beautiful, peaceful, residential neighborhood that hugs the coast. You will be within 2 blocks to our beautiful bayfront and only 1.5 miles to nearest beach access.
