Golf Course Cozy Cabin House with Full Amenities

Beautiful Golf Course Property with the backyard facing the 15th/16th hole. Relax on the deck for a bbq and an amazing golf course view. House is only minutes to the lake marina for swimming & boat rentals, tennis courts, community pool, hiking trails and other amenities. Less than 30 min to the Yosemite National Park Entrance. This is our vacation home and we want you to enjoy it like we do! The space The Home is fully furnished with everything possibly needed for a comfortable stay for families. Kitchen & Bathrooms are fully equipped and stocked. Laundry machines are in the laundry room and available for use by the guests. House has had recent upgrades to it to give it new and fresh look. Please note, garage is not available for guests access or use and remains locked. Guest access The security gate will charge a one-time fee of $40 per vehicle for a parking pass for access to all PML amenities, which is a one-time fee that covers your entire stay at Pine Mountain Lake. This gives you access to the PML community amenities. Unfortunately this is a requirement for any guest renting a house in the Pine Mountain Lake. The Gate does accept credit cards. Guest will have full access to our home (excluding the garage) and access throughout the gated community of Pine Mountain Lake. Other things to note The Pine Mountain Lake community is a gated community, with full and part time residence, we want you to have a great experience and also request that you please be considerate during your stay.
