The living area is separate from the kitchen and has a reclining sofa. Full kitchen with an island, lots of cabinets, and pantry. Stocked with coffee, tea, oil, condiments, and a good variety of spices. Some breakfast foods included.. starter supply of paper products. You won’t be disappointed! 1 small or medium dog allowed. (up to date shot records required) There may be small airplane noise from nearby private airpark. Guest access Home is on one acre, accessed through RV gate. Fenced backyard. Garage parking for one vehicle is attached to the home. EV charging available. Private covered patio with shade screens. Horseshoes & ride on toys/sandbox for kids available. Other things to note The patio is your own. We do have family/friends over on occasion. Our yard is fenced along with being kid and dog friendly. Pet fee will be applied for 1 dog, no cats allowed.
