Entire House in Fishtown

FISHTOWN BEAUTY.... We are 8 mins to Center City. We don't require you to stay for 30 days but, from 1/1/2024-3/1, we provide a 5% disc. to stays of 30 days. House is close to public trans. and I-95. We are close to restaurants, shopping, entertainment, FREE WIFI, Cable TV. Once you park there is no need to move as we are close transportation. NOT to be used as a venue for Large gatherings. House is NON-SMOKING house, this includes pot smoking on porch. No recreational pot in PA. The space Space is comfortable, warm, and well maintained. House has a nice outdoor porch to relax and have your morning coffee. House has two bedrooms one is where owner stays when in town and there are no guests staying in the house. Guests will have entire house when they book it. Repeat guests in good standing, will be granted the same rate paid at first stay. Guest access Guests will have the entire house, when they book.
