A complete bathroom. Outside there is a patio with armchairs and tables. On the first floor is the bedroom with a 150 cm bed and a bunk bed with two 90 cm beds. It has a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Outside there is a covered gallery with all services (washing machine, clothesline, iron). Both floors have air-conditioning units.
