Only a 5 drive to UVM campus, and a 10 minutes drive to downtown area. Have breakfast down the block in a classic dinner. Go out for dinner across the street at Guild Tavern. Find all your needs at Kinney's Drugs. The space Cozy and spacious. Guest access Kitchen, living room, dinning room, upstair bedrooms, and bathroom are all accessible and private. Please restrain from using the basement unless in need of access to our breaker box. Other things to note Our fire place is not operstional.
