(If there's no loss/ damage & violation of house rules) Nestled in Genting Sempah, The Garden 23 is a fine villa surrounded by nature, with a convenient access to MC Donald's, Petronas & various rest station stalls with only 2 mins drive. A hill side view is available at the outdoor area, which could be foggy sometimes depending on the weather. The space - The villa can accommodate : 20 pax with the 15 beds arrangement, 1-2 pax on sofa bed , Up to 10 extra mattresses can be added for Rm54 per pax. - Please inform us how many people are coming (Number of people staying overnight & number of daytime visitor). An additional fee might be imposed to extra visitor (from the 25th pax onwards) - Strictly no loud & disruptive parties! Please respect that there are neighbours living around the area. Thanks! - MC Donald's, Petronas and Genting Sempah R&R are only 2 minutes drive away. Guest access The premise could accommodate 7 cars at the private parking space. 2 more cars can be parked outside the gate without disturbing/ obstructing neighbours. Kindly park your cars appropriately, any trouble caused to neighbours will be reported to local authorities instantly. Other things to note -Please be considerate and lower down your voices after 10pm, we don't want the local authorities to come and take action after receiving complaints (since they are very efficient towards homestay/resort guest complaint) -Kindly note that for covid related cancellation and postpone, we only accept official PCR test result of the person who booked as a valid proof , thanks for understanding.
