COASTAL BUNGALOW #700: 3BR/2BA HOME + SHARED POOL

Welcome to Coastal Bungalow #700! Private 3BR/2BA home that sleeps a max of 6 people. Flat screens in each bedroom and one in living room. Modern home with an awesome kitchen, dining area, living room & a sliding glass door to the pool. Primary bedroom has queen bed & bath. 2nd bedroom has (1) queen bed & 3rd bedroom has (2) single beds. And one full bath down the hallway. Property is close to everything: Ft Lauderdale Airport: 3mi., Beaches: 2mi., Convention Center: 1.5mi., Las Olas: 1m. The space Welcome to Coastal Bungalow #700! Private 3BR/2BA modern house that sleeps a maximum of (6) people. This home features a full kitchen, dining area, living room, and sliding glass doors to the pool area. There are blackout/privacy curtains that you may draw in the event other guests are using the pool during acceptable hours. *Note: pool area is shared. The master bedroom has a bathroom attached and a queen bed, the 2nd bedroom has (1) queen bed, and the 3rd bedroom has (2) single beds. In the living room area, there is a large sofa (which can be used for sleeping, or we will provide an air mattress or cot). If you will need the air mattress, cot, or pack-and-play crib, make sure to request this with the host at the time of booking. *Note: ONLY (4) beds total. Upon arrival, guests will park in their designated parking space (described in the check-in instructions) and use a unique combination of numbers for the door keypad to enter the home. If you have any issues getting in, the property manager, Sara can be reached anytime on her cellphone (provided in the check-in instructions). Guests will have access to free high-speed WiFi during their stay. There is (1) smart TV located in the living room, which will be connected to the WiFi so guests can stream their own Netflix/HULU/YouTube or other platforms. You can refer to your check-in message for details and instructions on how to connect. *Note: We do not provide cable. The kitchen is ready for your creation! There is a Publix within 1/2 mile of the property and other grocers like Fresh Market, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, and Winn Dixie within 2-3 miles of the property. There is plasticware that is to be used by the pool - NO GLASS IN POOL AREA! The dining area has a large table for you to gather and enjoy! *Note: You may find salt & pepper, olive oils, ketchup, etc. left behind, feel free to use these items if you wish... we don't like to be wasteful. There are multiple outdoor areas that are considered "common areas" and we encourage all the guests to share and enjoy this space. Feel free to meet and mingle with other guests on the property and enjoy your time in beautiful South Florida outdoors. You will also find the laundry facilities located outside. The machines are coin-operated and there may be detergent left from a previous guest, if not you must supply your own. *Note: There is an EMERGENCY PHONE (landline) in the hallway of the house. Getting around is easy! Walk, ride/rent a bike, Lyft/Uber or drive... getting around is super easy and convenient. The property is approximately (3) miles to the Fort Lauderdale International Airport, (6.5) miles to Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport, (30) miles to Miami International, (1.5) miles to Port Everglades Cruise Terminals, (1.5) miles to Fort Lauderdale Convention Center, (1.5) miles to the beaches, (1) mile to Las Olas Boulevard and Downtown Fort Lauderdale. Guest access Guests will be able to use the entire property, however, there are some common areas that are shared with the other guests. Such as on-site the laundry area, pool, and two dining areas and a gas grill for each area. Guests will have access to Coastal Bungalow #700 which is BRIGHT YELLOW in color and we suggest following check-in instructions carefully to gain access to the home. You will receive a code to work the keypad that will be unique to you during your stay. Once inside, feel free to make yourself at home, while respecting our space/property. The pool is shared with (3) other bungalows on the property. There are privacy curtains if you wish to draw them while other guests are using the pool during acceptable hours. POOL HOURS are strict and are 8 am to 9 pm daily. Guests must also abide by QUIET HOURS in the common yard areas and pool from 10 PM to 8 AM, per the City of Fort Lauderdale's Noise Ordinance. Other things to note CITY OF FORT LAUDERDALE - VACATION RENTAL LICENSE # ENF-VRRA-19120011 Coastal Bungalow #700 is (1) out of (4) units on the rental property (all under the same ownership). As mentioned in the notes above, the guests will have shared outdoor and common area spaces such as the laundry, pool area and barbecue from 8am to 9pm daily. QUIET HOURS are from 10pm to 8am enforced by the City of Fort Lauderdale's Noise Ordinance .
