Modern cottage near the sea

This newly-built cottage/house is located about 8 km outside Övik. You live 800 meters from Idbyns sea swimming, close to two golf courses and Skeppsmalens Fikseläge is only 15 kilometers away, with its beautiful cliffs and its lighthouse. The nearest restaurant is about 5 km from the property and the nearest grocery store (COOP and ICA Kvantum) about 7 km away. Arnäsleden with great opportunities for hiking passes just a few hundred meters from the house. Inside Örnsköldsvik, there is also the well-known adventure pool Pardiset. The space The cottage was built in 2021 and is thus completely newly built. Underfloor heating in all rooms, fully tiled bathroom with shower. Three bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, with an open floor plan between kitchen and living room. Possibility to set up an extra 120 cm bed in the living room area. Large outdoor terrace with both dining table and seating area with sofa and armchairs as well as a hammock swing. Parking that accommodates 3-4 cars. In the summer of 2025, there is a possibility to borrow two bicycles to easily get around the surroundings. Guest access Private access to the entire cottage. There may also be the possibility of access to a guest house on the same farm during the summer. Other things to note Guests bring their own bed linens and towels and clean the accommodation themselves after their stay. Instructions are available.
