Guests also have use of shared back deck on the creek. the private parking space for your unit is located directly under the unit in the driveway. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE BACK DECK CURRENTLY HAS CONSTRUCTION DEBRIS AND IS OFF LIMITS AS OF NOV. 2020 FOR SEVERAL MONTHS. Other things to note Due to COVID, we are keeping the unit empty for 24 hours before and after every guest and disinfecting the unit between guests to protect our guests and our cleaners. **PLEASE NOTE THERE IS CURRENTLY (NOV. 2020) CONSTRUCTION TO THE REAR OF THE PROPERTY, NEXT DOOR. We have a no shoe policy so as not to disturb tenants downstairs and ask for quiet time after 10 pm, no laundry after 9 pm. This is a strictly non-smoking unit- cigarettes as well as marijuana. Guests who violate house rules will be asked to leave immediately.
