This unique accommodation has a living room, full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Located on the 17th floor of the building, very bright, with exceptional views towards the Río de la Plata and Montevideo. 24-hour security, includes parking, 5 minutes from the beach and the airport. The building has two barbecues and 2 SUM (extra cost). It has a garden, an outdoor pool, an indoor pool, and a gym. Meters from the shopping center, supermarket and 8 blocks from the beach. Guest access REMARKS. Below are the instructions for using the common facilities. Please respect them as violating them implies an economic penalty to our unit that we will unfortunately have to transfer to the tenant Gym: 1-) Minors cannot use it 2-) Machinery should be used only for physical training. 3-) The air conditioning must be turned off when you leave the place. 4-) Cell phone speakers must be muted when there is more than 1 user in the place. 5-) Items must be left in the place from which they were removed. Jacuzzi: 1-) The Jacuzzi is a space for relaxation and unwinding, not a space for children's games. 2-) Minors must be accompanied by an adult 3-) Keep the place clean and do not eat in this space. 4-) If pastry trays are removed, put them back in their original place. Pool: 1-) Do not eat in the pool solarium. (Do it in the garden area, picking up the waste and containers) 2-) The mats must be taken inside once they are no longer in use. 3-) Limit your belongings to your pastry chef's space and do not spread them throughout the solarium. 4-) Respect the basic rules of coexistence regarding shouting and using cell phone speakers. Garden: 1-) If you take your pet to relieve itself, it is your obligation to pick it up and throw it in the bin available against the back fence. 2-) If you move sun loungers from the solarium to the garden, return them to the place where you found them after use. 3-) If you eat in the area, take care of the cleanliness of the space and pick up the waste and disposables before leaving Other things to note Before leaving, please check that the air conditioners and TV are turned off. Please throw away the garbage (it is taken to the basement) and leave the windows closed. DON'T FORGET TO LEAVE THE KEYS WITH THE GUARD WHEN CHECKING OUT.
