Beautiful new ski-to-door apartment on two levels in a panoramic position. Three double bedrooms, two complete bathrooms with toilet, sink, shower and bidet, comfortable living room with kitchen with dishwasher, dining table for 6 guests, couch, wood stove and access to a great balcony overlooking the valley, village and ski slope. A washing machine is available, as well as two covered parking spaces and a storage room for sports equipment (skis, ski boots). Guest access Please note: starting from November 1, 2026, the tourist tax will increase from €2.70 to €4.50 per person per night. For winter bookings made during summer 2026 (when the updated rate may not yet be reflected in the system), the difference will be collected at check-in. Other things to note In winter you can simply cross the street with your ski boots on and get to the ski slope of the ski school for children, which also serves as a connecting track to the Maibrunn chairlift.
