Cozy cottage close to beaches + BONUS ROOM

You and your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located cozy cottage. It’s a quiet, family friendly neighborhood. Downtown Vero is less than 5 minutes away & the beach is about a 10 minute drive- you’re close to local stores, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and a huge dog park! Vero Beach is a charming, peaceful community if you’re looking for a nice relaxing getaway. The home is equipped with anything you might need, a home away from home. Mi casa es su casa! The space The home is quaint and has an open floor plan. 2 bedrooms total with a 3rd bonus room that can double as a game/entertainment room but also can sleep up to 2 people on the convertible futon. 1st bedroom has a Queen with a dresser and closet for storage while the 2nd room has two twins and a small closet as well. Bathroom is equipped with all the essentials- shampoo, conditioner, face wash, etc. Small closet next to the bathroom has plenty of towels and extra sheets/blankets. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials as well- pots, pans, silverware, dishes, various types of cups and appliances. The house has a huge front yard open space as well as an ample backyard that is fully fenced as of June 2022. Plenty of space to park on the long driveway. Guest access Access to the entire property Other things to note IMPORTANT NOTES: 1. We allow up to 5 guests as we host a lot of families with CHILDREN. Please be aware if you are majority ADULTS you may not be comfortable as this is a small house with only 1 bathroom, 1 queen bed, 2 twins and a bonus room with a futon couch that could be slept in as needed. DO NOT BOOK IF YOU ARE NOT OK STAYING IN AN OLDER HOME. The bonus entertainment room has a wall AC unit, however this DOES NOT provide the air conditioning to the home- it is just extra (FYI). Air filters are changed monthly due to allowing pets. 2. We love animals and welcome housebroken dogs and cats with litter boxes. BUT, please do not book if your dog uses potty pads. Pets are NOT allowed on furniture (INCLUDING BEDS) and please clean up after your pet outside to allow us to continue to be pet-friendly. Unfortunately, not all guests have been courteous in cleaning up after their pets. Our cleaner charges us an additional fee after stays with pets. To cover this cost, we must add a pet fee to our bookings. Fur babies also need to be crated if they will be left alone in the house. Any damage from children and/or pets is the guest’s responsibility and subject to an Airbnb AirCover claim. Anyone with more than 1 pet please message us for approval first. 3. We love scents and use Wallflower essential oil plugins. If you are allergic or prefer no scent, please let us know and we will remove them before your arrival. Thank you!
