Enjoy total relaxation at this lakefront condo at The Pointe in Mariners Landing, which sleeps up to 4 adults and 2 children! Resort amenities include indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, beach, playground, free mini arcade, fitness center, tennis, pickle ball, hiking/walking trails, and discounted golf fees. Boats (seasonal) and boat slips are available to rent. On-site dining and nearby shopping. The HOA charges $30/night resort fee. Bring your own beach towels and linens for the Pack-n-Play. The space Sleeps up to 4 adults and 2 children. Queen and king bedrooms have closets, dressers, night stands, and bedside lamps with USB ports. Bed linens and bath towels are provided, as well as ground coffee and basic spices. Kitchen includes full size appliances, toaster, drip coffee maker, and Keurig (K-cups are not provided). Queen size sofa bed and Pack-n-Play (portable crib) are also available. Please bring your own beach towels and linens for the Pack-n-Play. Also includes Roku TV in living room with Netflix and cable. Each bedroom also has a TV with cable. Pets are welcome! We charge a flat $75 pet fee. That is the total fee, we do not charge per night or per pet. We have 3 dogs, so we understand how expensive it can be to travel with fur babies. This pet fee is for the extra cleaning that is required. You are responsible for picking up your dog’s doo when you’re out for a walk, and there are stations around the property with plastic bags and trash cans so you can dispose of it. The HOA will send you a registration form for parking and amenities, so I will need your email address at the time of booking. The HOA will fine me if a guest is not registered, so I will have to cancel your reservation in order to avoid paying fines if they have not received your registration at least 3 days prior to check-in. Guest access Mariner’s Landing HOA charges $30/night resort fee which covers access to the amenities. The HOA requires that I send them the guest’s name, email address, and phone number so they can send you information and a code for accessing the amenities and main door to the building. Guests get a discount on greens fees at the 18-hole Robert Trent Jones, Sr. designed golf course. Pools close at 9PM. The coffee filter is permanent/reusable, so paper filters are not needed. Bring your own K-cups if you want to use the Keurig, beach towels, shampoo/toiletries, and linens for the Pack-n-Play portable crib. Netflix and cable are provided, however if you wish to use another streaming service you will need to log in to your own account… just don’t forget to log out when you leave! :)
